About the role
The Associate Product Manager will support the development, implementation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of digital products and platforms at NCDOE. The role will work closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and business functions to support product planning, requirement gathering, testing, execution, and continuous product improvements.
What you'll do
- Support Product Managers/HOD in defining product vision, roadmap, and enhancement priorities
- Collaborate with business functions to understand problem statements, gather requirements, and create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with development, design, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile/Sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and testing activities
