Associate Student Counsel

About the role

The role serves as a critical support function in the pre-sales process by assisting Authorized Enrollment Partners (AEPs) through effective student counseling and administrative coordination. The incumbent is responsible for enabling the sales team’s effectiveness by providing timely information, guiding prospective students through program details, and ensuring smooth execution of key enrollment and service-related strategies.

What you'll do

• AEP Coordination & Sales Enablement
• Act as the primary point of contact for all AEPs and support them in student engagement activities
• Counsel prospective students on program offerings and admission requirements
• Provide ongoing product and process training to AEP counsellors to ensure accurate representation of programs and services
• Audit AEP processes including monitoring call quality and compliance
