About the role
To ensure that right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities. As per the material Indent received, the quotes from various vendors will have to be invited. Comparisons will be submitted to HOD for further processing. If there is a rate contract. Then PI will be invited from the vendors, as per the indent and will have to be submitted to HOD for further processing.
What you'll do
- Maintaining and reviewing records of inventories, deliveries, costs and items purchased
- Ensure that right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities
- Processing the Advances/Payments, if any as per the PO terms
What you need
- SAP
