About the role
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Counsellor (Psychologist) to support the mental health and well-being of undergraduate students. The role involves providing individual and group counselling, applying evidence-based psychotherapies, and conducting workshops on mental health and wellness.
What you'll do
- Provide face-to-face counselling to students on campus
- Offer online counselling sessions as required
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Apply evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy
- Support students dealing with emotional, academic, and behavioural challenges, including addictions
