About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and day-to-day functioning of HVAC and other mechanical/utility systems at the campus. The position will ensure efficient, safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation of critical infrastructure, with a key focus on chiller plants, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, BMS-integrated HVAC systems, and related equipment.
What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems across the campus
- Monitor the operation and performance of chillers, cooling towers, chemical dosing systems, AHUs, condenser pumps, primary pumps, secondary pumps
- Monitor chiller plant operations and ensure optimum system performance and energy efficiency
- Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance activities for HVAC and mechanical equipment
- Review daily equipment log sheets, operating parameters, temperature readings, pressure readings, energy consumption, and other maintenance records
