Leadership project management role at D J Sanghvi Career Site in Mumbai. Needs 15–25 years and a B.Tech, B.E. or BBA.
About the role
Liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Government authorities to have smooth functioning at site. Groom the Junior Engineers in managing the site. Whenever required, invite quotes from local vendors to carry out comparison and submit it to PIMO for further process. Any other work assigned by PIMO from time to time
What you'll do
- Assist PIMO in ensuring timely work execution on site
- Conduct Project Review and Design Review meetings on-line and if required in office
- Prepare Agenda and then minutes of the meeting and circulate to all
- Maintain all the desired records at site like inventory management, RIF register, drawing register, non-compliance register, etc
- Guide the team of Engineers to plan and deliver the targets, which were mutually agreed upon
