About the role
This role is responsible to assist Director CIQA for developing and reviewing quality of assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc to measure student’s learning outcomes effectively.
What you'll do
- Assist Director CIQA to review and assess available assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments
- Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all assessment tools
- Assist Director to design, develop and implement new assessment tools of Internal Assessments (IA) & Term End Exams (TEE)
- Monitor assessments align with learning objectives and provide a fair evaluation of student knowledge and skills
- Collect and analyse data related to student performance, CLOF attainment, UFM cases, teacher effectiveness, and other relevant metrics
