About the role
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Student Welfare Officer to support the wellbeing of our student community. The role focuses on providing guidance, counselling, crisis support, and creating a positive, inclusive campus environment.
What you'll do
- Provide confidential advice, support, and counselling to students on personal, academic, or social issues
- Assist students experiencing emotional, mental-health, financial, or wellbeing challenges
- Act as a point of contact for students in crisis and ensure timely intervention
- Develop individualized support plans for students where needed
- Plan and implement student welfare and wellbeing programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns
