Telecaller/ Counsellor

About the role

The Telecaller will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents regarding the University’s courses, admission procedures, and academic offerings. The role involves handling inquiries, counselling students, coordinating admission-related activities, and maintaining effective communication through calls, emails, and correspondence.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and course inquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses, fee structure, schedules, and University policies
• Maintain and update inquiry records, follow-ups, and student databases
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding admission and counselling activities
• Draft and manage correspondence through emails, letters, and other communication channels independently
