About the role
The Warden (Boys Hostel) will be responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of the boys’ hostel. The role involves managing day-to-day hostel operations, ensuring student welfare, maintaining discipline, and coordinating with internal departments and external agencies to provide a safe, secure, and supportive residential environment.
What you'll do
- Oversee the overall administration and daily operations of the boys’ hostel
- Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of resident students in accordance with institutional policies
- Monitor hostel occupancy, room allotment, and adherence to hostel rules and regulations
- Address student grievances and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering teams for efficient hostel operations
