About the role
This role focuses on managing SAP Business Unit (BU) roles and authorizations and delivering onboarding services for new project members. The position ensures secure and efficient access management within SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, and related modules) aligned with governance and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- BU Roles & Authorization (SAP)
- Create an overview of user communities for all phases (development, live operation) and logistic levels (VS1 to VS3) within SAP environments
- Harmonize BU role definitions across SAP products and regions in collaboration with governance and product owners
- Maintain BU role and technical access matrix for SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, EWM, TM)
- Provide detailed documentation and descriptions of SAP roles and authorizations
