Job Description – Senior MEP (HVAC, Compressed Air system , Fire Fighting & Sprinkler, Sewage ) Planner Review mechanical design drawings and documents with a consultant-level approach, ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and engineering best practices. Provide technical review comments, resolve design issues, and support multidisciplinary coordination.
What you'll do
- Review HVAC, firefighting and sprinkler drawings (GA, layouts, schematics, sections, details)
- Review equipment schedules, BOQs, specifications and design calculations
- Provide consultant-quality comments on drawings and technical submittals
- Verify compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, local building codes and client standards
- Review HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, pump/head calculations and hydraulic calculations
