Commercial Operations Support

About the role

Manage end-to-end procurement of S&M indirect categories for Central Region which includes: Events, exhibitions and promotional activities MICE, dealer meets and travel-related requirements Digital / activation-related services, wherever applicable Understand business requirements and develop appropriate RFQ / RFP / BoQ and sourcing strategies.

What you'll do

• Drive competitive sourcing through e-RFQ / e-Auction / negotiations, wherever applicable
• Conduct commercial negotiations and achieve competitive pricing, optimum payment terms and other favourable commercial conditions
• Develop and maintain a competitive regional vendor ecosystem across Central Region
• Conduct market / rate benchmarking and identify cost-saving, consolidation and standardisation opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders for timely closure of requirements
