About the role

Assist in arbitration proceedings — case strategy support, documentation, and coordination with arbitrators/counsel. Manage trademark, copyright, and other IPR-related matters, including filings, renewals, and enforcement support. Draft, vet, and review a wide range of commercial agreements/contracts, ensuring legal and commercial risk is appropriately flagged and mitigated.

What you'll do

• Handle and coordinate litigation matters across forums, including liaising with external counsel, tracking case status, and ensuring timely filings and compliance
• Assist in arbitration proceedings — case strategy support, documentation, and coordination with arbitrators/counsel
• Manage trademark, copyright, and other IPR-related matters, including filings, renewals, and enforcement support
• Draft, vet, and review a wide range of commercial agreements/contracts, ensuring legal and commercial risk is appropriately flagged and mitigated
• Own and maintain the group-level Legal MIS, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data across entities
