About the role
WBS control, Day to day WBS review and rectification (wherever required) Monitoring statutory compliances of all contractors. Periodical physical verification of contractor closing stock. Having complete grip on Contractor scope & contract conditions. Process control of BG and compliance. Preparation of Structure wise MIS for each contractor for control and help in capitalisation.
