Project Coordinator-Commissioning

About the role

Manage and maintain the commissioning platform (e.g., Facility Grid), ensuring all assets are accurately logged, tagged, and structured as per project requirements. Track and update commissioning progress/program in real time, aligning platform data with actual site activities and milestones. Generate and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and performance metrics.

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain all commissioning documentation and records
• Track and update commissioning progress/program in real time, aligning platform data with actual site activities and milestones
• Generate and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Prepare and issue weekly reports and management reports, ensuring accurate, structured, and timely communication to stakeholders
• Coordinate with the PMT (Project Management Team) for daily and weekly updates, ensuring consistency between site progress and reported data
