- Design, review, and execute test scenarios and test cases , lead integration and end-to-end testing, analyze failures, and drive effective defect resolution
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify quality risks, requirement gaps, traceability issues
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring in software testing and quality engineering , driving best practices, continuous improvement, and release-readiness assessments
- Improve testing processes, methodologies, tools, and efficiency , including leveraging AI-assisted testing for test design, automation, failure analysis
