About the role
This role will partner with Legal, Commercial and other functional teams across regions to review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements; support distributor contracting and due diligence; assist with corporate governance requirements; and help improve the systems, processes and tools used by the Legal function.
What you'll do
- Partner with Legal, Commercial and other functional teams across regions to review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including distributor and reseller agreements, amendments and other commercial contracts
- Support Molecular Devices’ global distributor and reseller network, including renewals, amendments, contract management and third-party due diligence activities
- Partner with business stakeholders and members of the global Legal team to identify contractual and commercial risks and develop practical, business-oriented solutions
- Assist with corporate governance matters for Molecular Devices legal entities in multiple jurisdictions
