About the role
This position reports to the CRM Solutions Manager and is part of the Digital Operations located in Pune and will be an onsite role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Design and configure autonomous agents using Agentforce Builder to ensure accurate, branded, and secure interactions within Salesforce ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Design and configure autonomous agents using Agentforce Builder to ensure accurate, branded, and secure interactions within Salesforce ecosystem
- Build custom agent actions by integrating Apex classes, Salesforce Flows, and Integration APIs to allow agents to execute real-time business logic
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs. Optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation processes
- Provide expertise on best practices, governance, and Salesforce ecosystem adoption
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables
