What you'll do
- Ensure lease data and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date, identifying and resolving missing or inconsistent information
- Prepare and communicate monthly lease accounting journal entries to site locations for local posting and financial reporting purposes
- Perform monthly lease accounting reconciliations, including payment clearing accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to address reconciliation variances and ensure compliance with lease accounting requirements
- Prepare quarterly lease accounting reports and disclosures to support financial and regulatory reporting requirements
