What you'll do
- Support the execution of IFF's supplier sustainability and responsible sourcing programs
- Conduct supplier sustainability assessments using internal tools and external platforms and identify areas for improvement
- Support supplier engagement activities, including onboarding, data collection, sustainability reviews, and follow-up communications
- Assist with supplier visits and sustainability reviews to validate practices and support continuous improvement efforts
- Track supplier corrective actions and monitor progress against agreed improvement plans
