What you'll do
- Manage end‑to‑end credit and collections operations, ensuring timely cash collections and achievement of DSO and overdue targets
- Responsible for O2C month-end closing responsibilities globally
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), and drive additional value for the entity
- Drive effective resolution of overdue balances, disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash
- Act as the primary escalation point for high‑risk customers, complex collection issues, and critical business exposures
