What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing BBC application team
- Drive customer projects from concept to commercialization
- Develop bakery, snack bar, confectionery, filling and coating prototypes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Lead customer presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations
