What you'll do

• Establish and strengthen HR’s role as a trusted strategic business partner, aligning people strategies with business objectives
• Provide comprehensive HR support to the Food Ingredients team in India, ensuring the effective delivery of people programs and solutions
• Partner with Regional HR, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Business Partners to drive the successful implementation of global talent initiatives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and business projects, providing guidance and driving successful outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure HR activities, policies, and practices comply with applicable local, national, and organizational requirements
