What you'll do

• Lead the global sensory evaluation program for fragrance raw materials
• Responsible for ensuring consistent sensory quality standards, methodologies, and expertise across the organization
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in raw material sensory science
• Drive global sensory standards, quality strategies, and capability development to support raw material quality, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction
• Develop global sensory capabilities and establish best practices for raw material assessment across the organization
