What you'll do

• Manage BlackLine user access, including provisioning, modifications, revocations, issue resolution, ITGC evidence, and end‑user training
• Configure and monitor automated processes, dashboards, alerts, and reports to improve visibility and efficiency
• Prepare and deliver global, regional, and center‑level BlackLine reports, along with regular status updates to stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for BlackLine incidents, enhancements, testing, releases, and system upgrades, including change management activities
• Support internal and external audits by facilitating walkthroughs, providing reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation, controls, and audit evidence
