What you'll do

• Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations based on application, olfactive direction, performance and price
• Coordinate samples, submissions and customer feedback with internal teams to ensure timely delivery from brief to order
• Support customers and distributors in using digital, self-service and AI tools for fragrance selection and follow-up
• Prepare quotations and support pricing, sales, margin and cost-to-serve objectives with relevant teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, fragrance specialists and Customer Service to resolve issues and strengthen customer support
