What you'll do

• Support and continuously improve Configuration Management governance, standards, processes, and controls across the organization
• Drive CMDB data quality by identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating remediation of data accuracy, ownership, and compliance issues
• Facilitate governance reviews, manage exceptions, and promote accountability among CI Owners, Service Owners, and technology teams
• Support ServiceNow CSDM adoption, service modeling, and relationship mapping to enhance service visibility and operational effectiveness
• Ensure effective integration and utilization of CMDB data across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Event, and Service Portfolio Management processes
