About the role
This role is pivotal in facilitating accurate and effective communication between Customers/Clients who speak different languages and in ensuring high-quality service delivery. The French Language Interpreter will support operational excellence by adhering to established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and implementing client updates as required.

- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and compliance goals established for the French Language Interpreter role
- Stay informed of and implement client updates, process changes, and policy enhancements as communicated by leadership
