Mandarin Language Interpreter role in a voice processing job where candidates will be receiving medical profiled emergency calls, which needs to be live interpreted.
What you'll do
- Mandarin Language Interpreters need to render correct concepts and meanings between foreign language (Mandarin) and English following complexity, clarity, tone
- Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation and be prepared for challenging calls at any time
- Follows instructions for clients, manages the flow of the call, and avoids taking over the call
- Remains calm during calls in the event that one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations
- Remains punctual and available during scheduled work hours
