About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data and generate timely reports for management. The role involves handling large datasets, preparing dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Generate operational, recruitment, attendance, productivity, and performance reports as required
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain dashboards using Excel and reporting tools
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting
