What you'll do
- Personally launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns
- Directly control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets
- Monitor and optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance
- Own creative testing decisions, including what to test, scale or stop
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across B2C consumer channels
