About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead OutSystems Developer to provide technical leadership for the transition, enhancement and long-term ownership of strategic insurance platforms. Based in Pune, the role will lead solution design and delivery, develop scalable applications and enterprise integrations, uphold engineering standards, and guide developers while partnering with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and QA teams.
What you'll do
- Own the technical design, development and maintenance of scalable applications on the OutSystems platform
- Lead the transition and long-term technical ownership of products and related insurance applications
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into secure, maintainable solution designs, data models, business processes and user experiences
- Design and govern integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs and appropriate authentication mechanisms
- Provide technical direction, estimation and delivery oversight across the development lifecycle
