About the role
We are seeking a Technical Program Operations Manager to own the operational governance, administration, automation, and optimization of the Technical Program Management (TPM) tool ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Tempo, ScriptRunner, and Asana .
What you'll do
- Platform Ownership & Governance
- Own and administer Jira, Confluence, Tempo, ScriptRunner, Asana, and related integrations
- Configure Jira workflows, issue types, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, filters, templates, and automation
- Develop and maintain Confluence standards, templates, and information architecture
- Manage Tempo rosters, time-tracking standards, and data quality
