What you'll do

• Lead the evolution of a connected agent ecosystem by identifying opportunities to orchestrate and integrate multiple agents, maximizing their collective value
• As a thought leader, you will shape the strategic vision for agentic systems, driving best practices, innovation, and cross-functional adoption of AI-powered automation
• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions that transform Services Operations workflows
• Partner closely with business, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype innovative agent-based capabilities
• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent ecosystems, defining patterns for agent collaboration, memory, reasoning
