About the role
As a strategic technical advisor, you will help customers and sales teams navigate Server, Storage, Cloud, Networking and AI Infrastructure solutions across on-premises and hybrid environments. You would act as trusted advisor providing clear, outcome driven solutions for customer challenges, helping customers make confident technology decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery conversations, solution design, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions in partnership with sales teams to drive opportunity wins
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor across server, storage, networking, cloud and AI solutions portfolios for on-premises and hybrid environments
- Lead discovery conversations and translate customer business and technical requirements into actionable solution architectures
- Drive opportunities through targeted customer outreach while supporting sales team with technical solutioning, demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concept sessions
- Design and present customer-focused architectures, clearly communicating solutions business value and defending the recommended solution against competition
