We are seeking a Mid–Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant with 7–10 years of experience specializing in SAP SD/OTC processes.
What you'll do
- Handle incidents, change request tickets related to SAP SD and OTC flows
- Analyze issues, identify gaps, and provide timely functional fixes or work with technical teams for solutions
- Monitor daily/critical business processes : order creation, pricing, delivery, shipment, billing, and revenue postings
- Ensure SLA compliance , quick resolution, and transparent communication with users and onsite lead
- Identify and implement improvements in master data, configuration, or processes to enhance stability
