About the role
The IT Ops analyst acts as a bridge between business and ERP/Application teams, application troubleshooting and driving process improvements, documenting requirements, supporting finance applications, managing compliance and access reviews, and ensuring successful testing and implementation of business and technology changes.
What you'll do
- Work with business and ERP team, to ensure smooth operation
- Support Finance IT tools and provide operational support during Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End close activities
- Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business functionality
- Work closely with business teams to resolve issues and implement change requests through application support teams and Centres of Excellence
- Create remediation requirements documentation where necessary
