About the role
We are looking for an OMS Consultant to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support activities across Order Management Systems. The role involves understanding business requirements, supporting solution design, collaborating with client stakeholders, and delivering effective OMS solutions in a Big 4 consulting environment.
What you'll do
- OMS Implementation & Configuration: Support OMS implementation, configuration, enhancements, and maintenance activities across retail and supply chain environments
- Business Requirements & Process Analysis: Gather requirements, document functional specifications, prepare process flows
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and integration partners to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test cases, support SIT and UAT, track defects, validate fixes, and ensure solution quality
- Integration & Production Support: Support OMS integrations with ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms; troubleshoot issues and assist with root-cause analysis
