About the role
As a Consultant within Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, you will support delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation programs and D365 application support engagements by providing PMO, governance, reporting, project controls, and stakeholder coordination services across multiple workstreams.
What you'll do
- Program Governance & PMO Support
- Support establishment and execution of project governance processes, standards, templates, and reporting mechanisms
- Coordinate governance forums including project reviews, workstream reviews, operational reviews, and steering committee preparation
- Maintain governance artefacts including RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, and project documentation repositories
- Support stage-gate reviews, project audits, quality reviews, and governance compliance activities
