About the role
Lucid is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Automation Engineer to be a part of the development, administration, governance, and expansion of the Serval AI Automation Platform. This individual will play an important role in transforming enterprise service operations through intelligent automation, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and system integrations.
What you'll do
- AI Platform Administration & Governance
- Manage platform configurations, permissions, agent lifecycle management, environments, and governance controls
- Develop and maintain standards for AI workflow creation, testing, deployment, security, and operational support
- Establish platform monitoring, auditing, usage reporting, and adoption metrics
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements
