Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and professional judgment in managing project audit engagements.
What you'll do
- Lead execution of Project Audit engagements across real-estate and infrastructure projects, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
- Evaluate project governance frameworks, project controls, cost management practices, and schedule adherence mechanisms
- Conduct reviews of project budgets, contracts, procurement processes, vendor management, and change order management
- Assess project risks, identify control gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies to improve project outcomes
- Lead site visits and stakeholder discussions to understand project execution challenges and validate audit observations
