About the role
The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience. As a Process Quality Assurance AM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 42001-2023.
What you'll do
- Play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 42001-2023
- Define, document, and institutionalize AI governance policies, processes, and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements
- Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality
