About the role
The Enabling Area – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and advancements to inform technology decisions and architectural design. Model Development and Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
What you'll do
- Define architecture patterns, components, and interfaces to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
- Define deployment strategies and processes for deploying AI models in production environments, including cloud-based and edge computing platforms
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes to optimize AI models and algorithms over time
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and privacy considerations in AI initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
