IT Program Manager with AI experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives.
What you'll do
- Defining Agile frameworks, governance, and operating models
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity
- Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and Quarterly Planning to enable scaled delivery
