We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation programs spanning multiple plants, business functions, and technology workstreams.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of Smart Factory transformation programs
- Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, steering committees, and escalation frameworks
- Drive alignment between business, manufacturing operations, engineering, IT, and implementation partners
- Define program objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria
- Manage multiple project streams including application development, manufacturing systems, integrations, analytics, and deployments
