The Financial Manager will lead financial strategy, planning, and governance for large-scale real estate development and construction projects.
What you'll do
- Conduct feasibility studies and commercial assessment (IRR, NPV, ROIC, Margin on Cost)
- Develop financial models incorporating land payment structures, escalation assumptions, and sensitivity analysis
- Prepare & Monitor budgets and forecasts during design at project level
- Ensure compliance with Limits of Authority (LoA) and governance frameworks (RIC/GIC approvals)
- Manage capital drawdowns, debt financing, and JV funding structures
