What you'll do
- Lead Organizational Change Management initiatives across client projects, designing and implementing strategies to drive adoption and project success
- Review and ensure high-quality delivery of CM outputs such as stakeholder engagement plans, communication materials, training content, and adoption reports
- Embed change enablement into broader business transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes
