About the role
We are looking for an experienced OMS Senior Consultant to support and lead OMS implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. The role involves translating business requirements into effective OMS solutions, managing key project deliverables, collaborating with client stakeholders, and driving process improvements in a Big 4 consulting environment.
What you'll do
- Business Requirements & Process Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, document functional specifications
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams
- Production Support & Optimization: Perform root-cause analysis, resolve functional issues, support system enhancements
- Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Guide junior consultants, review deliverables, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement
