About the role
As a Senior Consultant within Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, you will lead PMO governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, and project controls activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation programs and D365 application support engagements.
What you'll do
- Lead establishment and execution of PMO governance frameworks, standards, controls, reporting processes, and operating models
- Drive governance compliance across all program workstreams and delivery teams
- Own governance calendars, executive review forums, steering committees, stage-gate reviews, and leadership reporting cycles
- Ensure delivery teams adhere to agreed governance, reporting, escalation, and quality management requirements
- Act as the primary PMO governance lead supporting Program Management, Delivery Leadership, and client executives
